When will my order arrive?
This will depend on two things;
- Which delivery option you chose at checkout
- What time of year it is (wedding season)
Depending on which option you chose for delivery will change the delivery expected times. Let’s take a look at the options and time frames;
FLAT RATE : Delivery would be expected within 10-15 Working Days
EXPRESS : Delivery would be expected within 7 Working Days
FREE DELIVERY : Delivery would be expected within 10-15 Working Days
The time of year will impact upon delivery times during wedding season which usually runs between April – August. The lead times on deliveries can be upto 20 working days on Flat rate deliveries however this will not affect Express delivery.
My order says processing what does this mean?
As soon as your order is received our system automatically allocates the relevant stock to your order and a design request is sent to our designers to begin creating your personalisation.
The order status will remain in processing until the products are made, quality checked and packed. The status will then update to completed and you will receive an email notification to confirm your order is on route.
My order is complete but I still have not received it?
From the point you receive your complete notification you will need to allow 3 working days for delivery if you are an express order allow 1-2 working days.
If your item has still not arrived after this time has passed please contact our customer services and we can track it for you.
My order says on hold what does this mean?
There are a number of reasons your order could be on hold. Usually it will relate to a payment waiting to be allocated against your order or that there is a delay with your order being created.

My order has shipped do I get a tracking number?
Yes all orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD parcel services each order will receive a unique tracking number. You will receive this via email upon order completion or can request it from our customer services team.
