www.weddingthreads.co.uk is an internet only retail site for personalised goods.
Ordering from www.weddingthreads.co.uk
Once you have selected your products and completed our secure checkout process an automated e mail will be sent out to you with details of the products you have ordered. Please refer to this e mail in any future correspondence as this will have your unique order number. If you require a printed version of your invoice please let us know and we can include this within your parcel.
We retain the right to cancel or amend an order if any of the following occur:
(1) If goods are out of stock or faulty
(2) If payment has not been received on your order.
(3) If the listing purchased is inaccurate.
(5) If you have used multiple discount codes/offers.
If we do need to cancel your order an email will be sent with full details as to why and how we will reimburse any money paid.
All deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, Parcel Force singed for delivery or if you have ordered multiple items this can be sent via DPD.
All deliveries will be delivered to the registered address following payment, if you require your order delivering to an alternative address like work or a friends or family please let us know via email quoting your order number so we can send a redirection agreement form and ensure there is someone available to sign for the delivery. To ensure the delivery is protected we will ship to the payments registered account address – Delivery will only be made to an alternative address once the waiver has been signed. Any parcels requested to be delivered away from the registered address are done so at your own risk.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the specified timescale, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee delivery on the date specified we are not liable for any delays in receiving your parcel once it has been dispatched from our offices any industrial disputes which impact delays to the deliveries or acts of god. No refunds or exchanges will be provided if the item is delayed by the third party courier.
Orders that have not arrived within 14 working days need to be notified as a missing parcel so we can raise a claim with the relevant courier.
If you claim an order has not been received and Royal Mail or the Courier return the parcel to us we reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee.
If you require an express order please email us prior to placing your order so we can check stock and advise if it is possible.
We rely upon the courier to provide accurate delivery details to confirm a parcel has been received.
Order Cancellations & Returns
Whilst we try and make sure every order is completed on occasion orders may need to be cancelled, we are unable to accept any cancellation once your order has been placed and paid for as it is automatically added to the production process.
Once your item has been received we are unable to offer a return or refund if the product sizing is incorrect, printing is incorrect upon customer request, the order will only be accepted as a return if it is deemed faulty by a manager if an item is returned as faulty but is checked and is not found to be faulty will not be refunded and we reserve the right to charge return postage.
If an order is received and is no longer required a manager may agree a return with you which will incur a restocking charge of 50% of the invoice value. Wedding Threads reserves the right to refuse a return.
THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334) Chapter 6.1c Exceptions to the right to cancel – Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the cooling off period and the right to cancel do not apply to contracts for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Discounts & Offers
We do offer a discount on multiple purchases so please contact us for details.
Offers are limited to one per customer you are not allowed to use multiple discount vouchers on the same order.
Items that are purchased in a ‘Sale’ can not have further discounts applied nor can they be returned these items are sold as seen.
If the item has been delivered and you have noticed a fault please contact us within 7 days to let us know the issue and we will let you know the process for getting it resolved please have your order number, delivery address and any photos to support your claim to speed the process up. If more than 7 days have passed since the delivery any faults will not be honored.
Pictures, Colour & Design
Whilst we take great care to photograph our products monitors can distort the colour quite considerably from what is shown on the computer to what is received in real life. As with all products that are created if you purchase a robe today and another in 6 months we can not guarantee the same shading as the material will be different and created in a different season. All images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
All products are created bespoke to each individuals requirements. If full details are not provided upon ordering the order will be created as per the displayed listing. We reserve the right to use appropriate personalisation to complete the order. This includes but is not limited to text colour, text font, positioning and final finish.
Additional Name Adding
As one of the services we offer is Names adding to the front of robes this service is selected within the robe ordering page and carries a surcharge as detailed when adding the extra. Please note that all names added will be done via silver glitter vinyl as standard.
A gift boxing service is provided on the item page. Please note that the gift boxes are NOT from our personalised gift box range. If you would like to add a ‘Personalised Gift Box’ this will need to be added into the basket from the relevant listing. The gift box provided will be from our basic gift box selection.
All products under the Wedding Threads brand and shown on this website are our intellectual property and must not be copied in any circumstance should you require product images please put in writing your request to the marketing team who will assist you with your request.
All invoices are due 30 days from issue we reserve the right to charge a £14.00 admin fee for invoice reminders once an invoice reaches 30 days past due and a late payment fee of £40.00 per invoice all monies outstanding for 60 days or more will be passed onto our collections agent for recovery without further warning whereby all fees will be added inclusive of recovery costs.
We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions and will update this page where necessary.
