Delivery & Returns

All products are handmade in our studio and we ask that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery and 25 working days in peak season, we will always advertise our current delivery times if they are more than the standard 10 working days.

All deliveries are handled via Royal Mail or DPD and will require a signature upon arrival. If there is no one available to sign for the package the courier will attempt to redeliver up to 3 times if your order is returned back to us you will be charged either a restocking charge or a additional shipping fee to have the items resent.

All our products go through a multi point quality check if the product is found to be faulty upon delivery you can return unused items for a refund or replacement. Any returns must be notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.  As the majority of our products are personalised goods we cannot accept any returns for incorrect sizing or personalisation errors provided by the customer.

Distance selling regulations

THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334) Chapter 6.1c Exceptions to the right to cancel – Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the cooling off period and the right to cancel do not apply to contracts for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
